    mere likhte hi warq bheeg gya barishon k bahany
    phir wo sham b bujh gai hawaaon k bahaney

    gham ye nahi k sirf wohi juda hua ha mujh se
    dukh to ye ha baharen b rooth gai khizaaon k bahaney

    muje to lagi ha sazish in parindo ki b dosto
    mujhe dekhty hi jo ur gae fizaaon k bahaney

    badley hue dekhe hain raat ko chaand k b tevar
    mujhe chat pe dekh kr chup gaya badlon k bahane

    ab to ikhiyaar nahi in ankhon par b wasi..
    bheeg jati hain aksar usy bhulaney k bahaney
