    Kehne ko zindagi thi bohat Mukhtasir magar
    Kuch youn hui basar k "khuda"yaad aa gaya

    Barse baghair jo ghatta aage niklal gayi
    Ek Be-wafa ka Ehd-e-wafa yaad aa gaya

    Youn chonk uthe woh,Sun ker mera shikwa
    Jaise unhain bhi koi gila yaad aa gaya

    Hairat hai tumko dekh k Masjid mein Ghalib
    Kia baat ho gai jo Khuda yaad aa gaya.?
