    cute Health : How enough Vitamin 'D' be taken in Diet

    The best source of Vitamin D is
    Sunlight. If can not get enough
    sunlight daily take vitanin D capsule
    from chemist. You should also
    take enough amount of Eggs as it
    contain lot of Calcium, beside that Milk,
    milk products, fruits, green vegetables
    has enough amount of Vitamin D. It
    enhances calcium level in body which
    keeping bone density at required level
    thus prtects from Arthiritis,
    Osteoporasis and other old age bone
    related diseases.
