Summer and monsoon being problems related
to the gastrointestinal system and liver. The
heat and moisture promotes rapid growth of
viruses and bacteria in improperly
prepared and stored food. Gastroenteritis
( mainly loose motions, cramps in the abdomin
and vomiting or may be called food-poisioning)
is acute in the beginning and lasts for a week
or ten days if proper treatment is taken.
Due to diarrhoea, vomiting, lost of appetite,
heartburn, (acid bouncing) and general
weakness may lead to dehydration.
The most importaant treatment focuses on
maintaining hydration levels, whci can be done
at home too by takin drinking oral fluides rich
in electrolytes. Take ample of home made
juices, Gulucose, fruits, lime water with salt
and suger, yoghurt (dahi) but no milk. Coconut
water and matha very useful for stomache
problems.
As and when dirrheoa, vomitng , cramps in the
abdomin occurs mainly in summer and by
eating rich foods specially in the marriages
season. You should immediately contact a
Physcian or Gestroentiris and take the medical
treatment. dont go for self medication or
quacks (neem-hakeems).
Prevention Tips:
Prevention is always better than cure, so
cultivate healthy and hygenic eating habits.

stale ( Baasi) food even if stored in the Fridge.
