- Chicken breast 2,flattened
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Green chillies 2
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2,beaten
- Bread crumbs as required
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt to taste
1. Make chicken pieces thin or flattened with steak hammer
2. Marinate the chicken in ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, red chilli powder,salt, black pepper for 10 min for a while.
3. Now dip the cutlets in beaten eggs then roll on breadcrumbs and cook till golden.
4. While frying the cutlets put some beaten eggs over it.
5. Fry only one cutlet at a time.
6. Serve with fresh salad and chutney.
