Madhuri Dixit, the 44-year-old Bollywood queen who had left India after her marriage, is coming back after spending 15 years away from the bustle of Mumbai in the quiet anonymity of Denver, the Mumbai Mirror reported today.
On being asked about the reasons for her coming back to Mumbai, she said that this was always planned. She said that she wants her children to grow up in the Indian environment. Both she and her husband would want thier kids to learn their roots, and coming back to Mumbai was always on the cards. She said that her kids are also very excited about coming to India.
Earlier she had tweeted – “For all my fans, we r relocating to India! It will b good to b back home.”

Madhuri Dixit had quit Bollywood when she was at the zenith of her career, married the NRI Dr Nene, and settled abroad.
Madhuri said she has begun looking for a school for Arin, a grade III student and Ryan, who is in grade 1. Her husband, Dr Nene is also getting in touch with his friends in the medical field to find something suitable in the top notch hospitals.
The actress reportedly said that she is now working on plans to turn her Juhu pad kids-friendly before the family moves in. “I don’t intend to buy a new house, but the Juhu apartment will undergo some changes,” she told Mumbai Mirror.
With the blockbuster success of Tezaab, Dil To Pagal Hai, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun - Madhuri Dixit is considered the most successfull actress of the 80s and 90s.
The Bollywood queen is being eagerly awaited not just by the Mumbaikars, but the entire nation.
