    naye zakhm khane ko jee chahata hai

    zamana mera aazmaya huwa hai
    tujhey aazmane ko jee chahata hai

    wahi baat reh reh k yaad aa rahi hai
    jisey bhool jane ko jee chahata hai

    labo'n par merey khailtey hain tabassum
    jab aansoo bahane ko jee chahata hai

    takalluf na kar aaj barq e tajalli
    nasheman jalaney ko jee chahata hai

    rukhey zindagi se naqabain ulat karr
    haqiqat dikhane ko jee chahata hai
