pan mein oil garam kr k pyaz light
brown kr len lehson adrak paste dal kr bhoonen,namak,mirch,haldi powder dal kr bhoonen timater ka chilka utar kr kat kr dalen sath mei keema bhi dal den aur bhunayi karen kali mairch or sabut shaniya koot kr dalen phr dahi dal k dhak den paknay dain qeema galnay say pehlay dahi ka pani khushk ho jaye tou zra sa pani dalen aur bhunayi karen aakhir main hari mirch,sabaz dhniya aur adrak say garnish karen mazedar qeema tayar hai....

timatar sath he dalne se qeeme main jaldi galao ajata hai ? main nahi dalti sath ...jab tora kacha paka hojata tab dalti hon...
pata nahi lekin pani ziyada dalnay ki zarorat nahi hoti kion k timatar bhi pani chortay hain yeh bhi jaldi banjata....
