Kale masoor ki daal(ubli hui): adhi piyali
Timatar(chop kiye hue): 2 adad
Hara dhaniya(chop kiya hua): 2 khane k chamchey
Hari mirchen(chop ki hui): 4 adad
Dahi(phenti hui): 2 khane k chamchey
Hari piyaz(chop ki hui): 2 dandiyan
Longen: 4 adad
Limon ka ras: 1 khane ka chamcha
Lehsan: 1 chai ka chamcha
Chicken cube: 1 adad
Murghi ki yakhni: 1 piyali
Namak: hasb-e-zaiqa
Oil: 2 khane k chamchey
METHOD:
Degchi main oil garam kar k longen kur kurayen aur phir is main timatar k elawa baqi tamam ingrediants shamil kar k pakne den.
Jab paani khushk hojaye to is main timatar dal kar thori dair pakayen aur phir utar kar garma garam pesh karen.
