frame is blurry.
text is small and BG work is very ordinary, expecially sharp green is not giving fine look.

I am using 40pt font with a resolution of 80 dpi which is bigger than what I normally use.

Well, its not about the "number" of the text, it should look bigger when you use it and where you use it.
