BANGALORE: Indian cricket team captain Anil Kumble expressed hope that he would get rid off his shoulder injury before the second Test beginning from October 17.

Leg-spinner Anil Kumble became victim of shoulder pain in the first Test at Bangalore due to which he could bowl only eight overs in the second innings.

While talking with media captain Anil Kumble said that his shoulder is better now and he believes that he would obtain fitness before the Test match starting Friday.

Due to his injury, Kumble could not get any wicket for the first time at home ground.

Kumble said that if he would have succeeded in taking wickets at Bangalore India could have won the match but they could not do this. However, he would not let Australian batsmen play freely in the next Test.
