Mancini admits Balotelli could be sold
Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has admitted that controversial striker Mario Balotelli could quit the club this summer.
Balotelli was sent off for two bookable offences in City's 1-0 defeat to Arsenal on Sunday - a result which left Mancini's men eight points behind leaders Manchester United with six games remaining of the Premier League season.
The Italy international has been embroiled in a string of unsavoury incidents since moving to Manchester, and reports over the weekend have suggested City could be willing to cut their losses on the former Inter Milan man.
When asked after the match if Balotelli could be sold in the summer, Mancini replied: "Probably." But he went on to say to the gathered media: "You should be happy if Mario stays here, He fills one, two, three pages of your newspaper.
"He needs to change his behaviour if he wants to continue. I saw players who lost their talent and finished in three years."
