1- Ager kisi ko adhe sar ka dard ho to aik bar Surah Ikhlas(Awwal akhir aik bar Durood Shareef) parh ker dam ki jiye, hasb-e-zaroorat 3 bar 7bar ya 11 bar isi tarah dam kijiye 11 pore hone se pehle hi inshallah aadhe sar ka dard theek hojaye ga
2- Garam doodh mei Desi ghee mila ker pene se bhi faayeda hota hai
3- Naarial(coconut) ka pani pene se adha seesee(yani adhe sar ka dard) aur poore sar k dard mei kami ati hai
4- Para 27 Surah Waqia ki ayat number 19 3 bar (awwal akhir 1 bar durood shareef) parh ker dard-e-sar waale per dam kijiye. inshallah fayeda hojayega
5- Surah Naas 7 bar (awwal akhir 1 bar durood shareef) parh ker sar per dam ki jiye aur agar abhi dard baaqi ho to doosri bar bhi isi tarah dam kijiye- agar ab bhi dard ho to teesri bar bhi isi tarah dam ki jiye
6- Zabaan per aik chutki namak rakh ker 12 minute k baad 1 glass paani peee len sar mei kaisa hi dard ho inshallah afaaqa hoga (High blood pressure k mareez k liye namak ka istemal nuqsande hota hai)
