    Agar meri Aankhon say khwab dekho tau
    aik shab bhi naa so sako gay

    keh laakh chaho na hans sako gay
    hazar chaho na ro sako gay

    keh khwab kya hein azaab hein yeh
    meray dukhon ki kitaab hain yeh

    rafaqate'n in mein chuttee hein
    Mohabbaten in mein roothtee hein
    Inhi k dar say khizan hein jazbay..
    inhe say shakhe'n si toot'tee hein

    ghamon ki bandish hein khwab merey
    dukhon ki barish hain khawab meray

    khayal saaray jhulas gaye hain
    sulagtee khwahish hain khwab meray

    Ukhartee saansen hain zindagi ki
    Lahoo ki saazish hain khwab merey

    Jo meri aankhon say khwab dekho
    Tu aik shab bhi na so sako gay..
