Ingredients :
Mutton ½ kg
Onion 2 large sliced
Ginger 2 tbsp (chopped)
Garlic 2 tbsp (chopped)
Red chili crushed 1-½ tsp
Whole red chilies 8
Salt 1-½ tsp
Tomatoes 3 (sliced)
Yogurt 3 tbsp
White cumin whole 1 tsp
All spice whole 1 tbsp
All spice powder ¼ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Green chilies whole 6
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Cooking Directions :
put mutton, large sliced onion, ginger, garlic ,red chili crushed, whole red chilies, salt, tomatoes, yogurt, white cumin whole, all spice whole, all spice powder, oil, whole green chilliess and chopped coriander leaves together in a pan.Cook covered for 30 minutes.
Then open add ½ cup water and cook again till meat tender.
Lastly fry well till oil comes on top. Serve with Roti or Nan.
