Ingredients:

Yogurt 1 kg
Fresh milk 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Ingredients for dahi baray:
Boiled potato ½ kg
Egg white 2
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Roasted white cumin powder 1 tbsp
Rice flour 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients for tamarind chatni:
Tamarind paste 1 cup
Black salt 1 pinch
Sonth powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

First boil ½ kg potatoes. Peel them and mash them with the help of a fork. Add in 3 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp roasted and crushed cumin seeds, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp crushed red chili and salt. Mix everything together. Grease your hands and make kebab out of it, dip them in egg white and shallow fry them. To make Dahi Baray add 1 cup fresh milk, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp sugar and salt in 1 kg yogurt. Beat everything together. To make tamarind chutney, take 1 cup tamarind paste, 1 tbsp dry garlic powder, 1 tbsp roasted and crushed cumin seed and 1 tbsp red chili powder and cooks it for some time. When it turns to room temperature then add in salt an black salt. Put the yogurt in the serving dish; add in some tamarind chutney and aloo kay baray. Put yogurt from the top and them again add some tamarind chutney. Garnish some almond on it and serve.
