Ingredients:
Gram flour 250 gm
Potatoes 1
Green chilies 2
Carom seeds a pinch
Soda bi carbonate a pinch
Spinach 1 bunch
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Oil as required
Method:
Cut the potato length wise and a bunch of spinach, chop the green chilies. Then take 250 gm gram flour, potato, spinach, green chilies, red chili flakes, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, carom seeds and soda bi carbonate in a bowl and mix everything together with water. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Heat the oil and fry it. Serve them hot.
