Ingredients:
chicken
elaichi
lemon juice (1 tble spoon)
namak
oil
koyla
mirchien ( sabz, kali and laal)
venegar
lehsan adrak paste
tamator (grind kiye huvay)
pyaz ( grind kia huva)
cream ( 1pack)
chinese salt
how to cook:
sb say pehlay chicken main lehsan adrak paste, kali mirchien,venegar,lemon juice,dal k marrinete karein for almost half an hour ya 45 min
then pyaaz grind kia huva n elachi koot k pkaien, then jb pyaz ka pani dry hona start hojaie tu oil daal dijiye,
then us main marinet kia huva chicken dal dain.. n paknay dain... us k baad namak, mirch (laal), chinese salt dalien or bhoonie..sath main tamatr paste b dal dain..
jb chicken bhoona jai tu.. us main cream ( cream main thora sa pani, kali mirchien dal k phaint lain) dal dain,... n mix kijiye , or halki aanch pay dhak dain
after 5,to 7 mins jb oil uper ajai tu.. sabz mirchien lambi lambi kaat k, and dhanniya kaat k uper dalien , or koyla garam kar k, roti ya bread ka piece rakh k..
us pay rakhien or oil k kch drops us koylay pay dalien... dhuwan niklay ga.. foran dhakan say dhak dain.. after 5 min ( aanch slow rakhni hai) ur handi is ready serve it
or haan namak mirch apnay hisaab say daal lijiye ga as hr aik ka apna andaza hota hai and taste
