BOTI KEBAB MASALA
Ingredients:
Beef Undercut 1 kg
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Lemons 3
Oil ½ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash 1 kg beef undercut and add in ½ cup yogurt, salt, red chili powder, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin seeds and lemon juice. Mix everything together. Put the beef pieces on the BBQ sticks and cook them. When the water dries give it a coal burn and serve it after 10 minutes. Serve Boti kebab with nan.
