I recommend you Windows clean installation. All these method I shared were from Microsoft support site, even if they don't work then issue will be in your Windows going bad.
Clean install with formatting your Windows driver rather than upgrade thingy.
Windows 8 is also releasing on October 26 BTW.
On the second notes, I saw some very old software installed in your PC, from your Add or Remove picture. Like
1. Windows Essential 2012 released (dropped Live word)
2. Realtek High Definition Audio Driver (latest is 2.70)
