I don't recommend you installing Office Enterprise Suite since it contain many other office apps we don't even use, also due to its 2007 version, latest stable is 2010 while Beta (Consumer Preview of 2013 is available as well).
Now I suggest you to download Office 2010 Pro Plus English 32-bit.

Downloading speed was on my 4 MB quite fast.

BTW Office 2010 security is much better than 2007 due to Sandbox feature introduction.

yeh har office ki installation mai ata rahega jab tak aap isko resolve nahi karogi ..

or han PS cs 6 shayad isliey b slow hai k aap ki ram 2 gb hai 1 gb tu cs6 leta hai baki k progams 1gb pe guzara karte tu pc slow hojata so aap pichla version try karo

Adobe Photoshop is also GPU accelerated, it is highly recommended to use it with PC having good GPU like nvidia 8xxx series plus any.
I suggest you to update your GPU driver as well.
Fix your issue from sheem given link, it will surely fix your issue.
Windows 7 and 8 (don't know about Vista) comes with .NET framework preinstalled. So I suggest you repair them or reinstall them through given methods.

hmm usko file hi nahi mil rhe hai is command se ... mm ap ke pas .net framework konsa wala hai add/remove program mai hoga wahan se dekh k batein usko repair kareingi tu hojaega i think usi ka masla hai corrupt hogaya hai
