CHICKEN MANCHURIAN
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless ½ kg
Tomato Ketchup ½ cup
Raw onion paste 1
Corn Flour as required
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar ½ tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Pine apple cubes 1 small can
Oil ½ cup
Green chilies 4
Method:
Mix ½ kg chicken pieces with cornflour, salt, soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Take some oil in the pan and add in the boneless chicken pieces. Stir fry them. Take ½ cup oil in the pan and add in 1 raw onion paste in it. Fry till it light golden brown. Then add in ½ cup tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, ½ tsp brown sugar, 1 small can of pine apple juice and 1 tsp sesame seed oil. Heat the sizzler and put the manchurian in it. Serve hot.
