DHABAY KI MASHOOR FRY DAAL CHANA
Ingredients:
Gram lentil ½ kg
Water 1 liter
Salt to taste
Oil ¼ liter
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Red chili ½ tsp
To fry the dal:
Chopped ginger ½ inch piece
Oil 1 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes 2
Green coriander some
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped ginger to garnish
Green coriander to garnish
Method:
• Wash and soak gram lentil and leave it for 10 minutes. Add in 1 liter water in the pan and heat it.
• When the water turns luke warm add in soaked gram lentil. Boil it for 15-20 minutes. In the end add in some salt and mix it.
• Tale ¼ liter of oil in the pan and heat it. Add in chopped onion and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. And fry it.
• Then add in 1 tsp all spice powder and ½ tsp red chili powder. Make a gravy. Add in the boiled gram lentil. Cook it then remove it from the stove and keep it aside.
• To Fry the daal:
• Cut the ½ inch piece of garlic. Now tale 1 tbsp oil in the karahi, add in the chopped ginger and cook it well.
• Cook two chopped tomatoes and add in cooked lentil in it. Cook it on a high flame.
• In the end, add in green coriander, ½ tsp crushed black pepper and mix it. Add in some salt and dish it out in the dish.
• Serve.
