What I feel !!

Anger and resentment from bitterness and pain,
I cry out to the heavens who do not hear what I say,
Once I believed in fairy tales but those days have disappeared,
I fall into the nothingness and emptiness of all my fears.

I cried out in anguish and pain is all I feel.
I am bruised and damaged and unable to heal.
If I fall again I may not survive, I will not live a lie,
But if I love, will I truly live or instead will I die.

No, I can not love, I have come to my senses,
I am alone in a world of petty pretenses.
I am alone, different I stand apart,
Born into the emptiness that I feel in my heart.

I cry, tears from the heavens rain down,
These people do not know why I frown,
I long for a love that time will leave me with,
So that I may feel what its like to have happiness.
