Ganguly included in BCCI technical committee
NEW DELHI: Though India’s former captain Sourav Ganguly has retired from international cricket but he is still in touch with the game and he has been included in the technical committee of the BCCI.He will very soon join the BCCI technical committee where he will render his services along with Sunil Gavaskar.The objective of the committee is to formulate rules and regulations of domestic and international tournaments in India.Besides Ganguly, the committee consists of Gavaskar, Srikkanth and Chetan Chouhan.Chief administrative officer of the BCCI Ratnakar Shetty said that there was a vacant post for one Test cricketer in the technical committee which the BCCI offered to Ganguly and he gave his consent. Shetty said that Ganguly would be a good addition to the committee. He has played cricket for 16 years and his experience would be much beneficial for India.
