    COOL SUMMER DRINK FOR FAIRNESS & ENERGY:

    Ingredient ;

    1 glass grapes juice
    2 carrots
    7 to 8 lettuce leaves
    Half tsp Ajwain
    3 or 4 Coriander seeds (Dhaniye k beej)
    Few sprigs of Ginger (Adrak)
    One Lemon
    Half tsp Roasted cumin (zeera)
    Ice cubes

    Method:

    Blend it all! Drink daily once a day
