    mango cupcake

    Very easy to make Mango Cupcakes!!
    mangoes diced 1 cup
    self raising flour 1 cup
    butter 1/2 cup (you can replace it with shortening or oil)
    sugar 1/2 cup (adjust it according to your taste)
    cream 1 pack
    eggs 2
    orange essence ... few drops


    break eggs in a cup fill the cup with cream. In a blender pour eggs and cream mixture, sugar and butter blend it mix in essense, self raising flour pour in your baking pan put diced mangoes on top bake it at 200 deg till full done ... run toothpick test ... serve as you like!!
