Chicken Crispy Burger

INGREDIENTS :
Chicken breast 1
Bread bun 1
Tomato 1
Eggs 2
Cucumber 1
Ice berg 1/4 bunch
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Plain flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
RIce flour 2 tbsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Water to requirement
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

How To Cook Chicken Crispy Burger :
First hammer chicken breast piece.
- Now marinate this hammered chicken breast with salt and papaya paste.
- In a bowl, add plain flour, corn flour, 1 beaten egg, rice flour, oil, salt to taste and black pepper powder. Mix with some water to form a smooth batter.
- Dip chicken breast in a beaten egg, coat in plain flour and dip in the prepared batter. Then coat with plain flour and dip in batter again and deep fry.
- Toast bun from both sides and spread mayonnaise on one of the sides. Place fried chicken in between tomato and cucumber slices and sliced ice berg. Chicken Crispy Burger is ready.

CHICKEN ROLL PARATHA...!!!
ingredients...!!!
- Salt 2 teaspoon
- Tomato 2
- Onion 2
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice 4 tablespoon
- Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
- Chickn Boneless 1/2 cup
- Plain Flour 1/2 kg
- Coal 1 pc
- Cumin Seeds 1 tablespoon
- Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
Preparation:
- Rub the plain flour and make a bread (paratha).
- Cut chickn boneless into small pieces.
- Include salt, cumin, ginger-garlic paste and also lemon juice in it.
- Also include turmeric and red pepper.
- Merge the chicken well in these spices.
- Keep them for marination for an hour.
- Add some oil in a baking pan and fry the marinated chicken in it.
- Heat the coal piece on flame.
- Place the fried chicken in a baking pan.
- Place the heated coal piece in the center.
- Cover the lid for 5 minutes.
- Right now take away the coal piece and combine the fried chicken well.
- Place fried chicken on the bread (paratha).
- Include finely cut onion and tomato on it.
- Additionally add tamarind and corriander dip on it.
- Roll the bread (paratha) and serve.

Chicken Shawarma
INGREDIENTS CHICKEN SHAWARMA :
fresh pita bread
Whole dill pickle (cut lengthwise into 4 pieces
French fries
garlic spread (follow recipe)
Marinade for chicken
boneless chicken with (cut into pieces)2 lb
ground cinnamon..1\2 tsp
ground nutmeg.1/2 tsp
ground green cardamoms.1/2 tsp
allspice3/4 tsp
freshly ground black pepper1/2 t
ground cloves1/4 t
crushed red chili.1/2 tsp
salt1 1\2 tsp
fresh lemon juice4 tbsp
sumac, optional1tsp
Ingredients for garlic sauce
whole garlic bulbs2
salt.1 tsp
corn oil.1 cup
lemon juice3 tbsp
For plating:
4 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced onion
4 cups shredded lettuce
8 pita bread rounds
Olives and coriander
Aluminum foil
PREPARATION
Wash the chicken pieces pat dry.
Place the chicken pieces in a bowl.
Mix all the spices with lemon juice to make thick paste.
Rub the paste over the chicken pieces thoroughly.
Marinate it for 5-6 hours at room temperature over night in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Grease a baking dish with oil, put chicken pieces in skin side down, and bake it for about 20 minutes.
Take it out, turn them over and bake for 10-15 more minutes or until the chicken is tender.
Remove the skin and shred the chicken with a sharp knife.
Put the shredded chicken back in the baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sumac and mix well.
Garlic Spread
Put the garlic and salt in a food processor or chopper and process to a smooth paste.
Add oil in a thin stream and process until oil and garlic form a uniform mixture.
add lemon juice and process once.
ASSEMBLY
To assemble, place warm bread onto a sheet of aluminium foil, spread with garlic sauce. Arrange lettuce, tomato, onion mix, pickles, olives and coriander and a small handful of chips; top with chicken. Roll up with foil to enclose, cut in half to serve.
Recipe Cook Time:
50 Minutes + Marination time(5-6hrs)
Crispy Chicken Broast
INGREDIENTS :
• Salt 4 tbsp and 1 tbsp forcoating
• White Pepper 1 tbsp
• Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
• Corn Flour ½ cup
• Green Chili Paste 3 tbsp
• Plain Flour 2 cups
• Baking Powder 2 tbsp
• Chicken (With Skin) 2
• Water as much required
How To Cook Crispy Chicken Broast :
• Fill a bowl with water now add green chili paste, salt, baking powder and ginger garlic paste in it.
• Dip the chicken pieces in bowl and leave it for about 4-5hours to let the chicken marinated perfectly.
• Now take out the chicken from bowl and let it dry, make the coating by mixing the corn flour, plain flour, salt and white pepper.
• Mix all these items very well, now coat the chicken nicely
• Now deep fry the chicken and when the color changes to golden brown take it out and serve it.
• Broast is ready to serve try it and enjoy it.
STUFFED CHICKEN WITH CHEESE
INGREDIENTS For Stuff Chicken:
Chicken...........3 breast pieces
Mozzarella Cheese.......1/4 cup
Cheddar cheese......1/4 cup
Mushrooms............1/4 cup
Black olives............1/4 cup
Salt..................to taste
Black pepper...........1 tbsp
Red chilli.........1 tbsp
Coriander(Dhania)......1/4 cup chopped
Egg..............2
Crums / Bread pieces chopped..........as required
Oil............. for frying
Mayo Sauce:
Mayoneise.....1/2 cup
Garlic.......2 pieces (finely chooped)
Oil.......as required
Salt.......1 pinch
Black Pepper.......1/2 tsp
METHOD:
Take breast pieces n flatten it with the help of mallet.
Take a bowl n in it mix salt, black pepper, red chilli, olives, mushroom n coriander. Place it on the mid of chicken piece n on it place chopped cheese.
Roll the chicken piece from one end to end n stable it with the help of tooth pick.
Place the chicken piece in bitten egg then fold it into crums.
Fry it shallow until golden n cut it from the mid into pieces.
Serve it with mayo sauce.
Mayo sauce method:
Fry chopped garlic until golden browm.
Take a bowl n add mayoneise salt n Black pepper
In it then add garlic n mix it well.
Serve Stuff chicken wd sauce.

اب اس میں نمک، کالی مرچ، انڈا اور بریڈ کرمبز شامل کرکے مکس کریں۔
پھر اس کے کباب بنائیں اور گرل پین پر تیل ڈال کر کباب گرلڈ کرلیں۔
اب یخنی، کارن Ùلور، Ú©ÙÙ¹ÛŒ لال مرچ، Ù„Ûسن، بھنا زیرÛØŒ نمک، ٹومیٹوکیچپ اور گاڑھا املی کا رس مکس کرکے چولÛÛ’ پر پکائیں اور گاڑھا Ûونے پر اÙتار لیں۔
پھر برگر بن پر Ù¾ÛÙ„Û’ Ù…Ú©Ú¾Ù† لگائیں اور کباب رکھ کر سوس ڈالیں۔

Tandoori Club Sandwich
Recipe Ingredients
Bread slices Bread slices
1 Tomato (cut into slices)
1 Cucumber (cut into slices)
2 cups Roasted chicken
2 eggs Omelets made with
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
as required Salad leaves
¼ tsp Salt
¾ tsp Black pepper
¾ tsp Mustard powder
2 tbsp Ketchup
Ingredients for Roast Chicken
2 Chicken breast
½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp National Tandoori Masala
2 tbsp Yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Recipe Method
Chop the 2 cup roasted chicken, mix with 1/4 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp pepper, 3/4 tsp mustard powder, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 tbsp ketchup.
Slightly toast 8 bread slices, apply mayonnaise and put prepared chicken mixture. Cover with second slice of bread.
Now put one salad leaves, cucumber slices, tomato slices and a piece of omelets, cover with last 3rd slice of bread.
Cut into 4 triangular pieces, fix with tooth picks and serve with fires and Coleslaw salad.
Method for Roast Chicken
Marinate 2 chicken breasts with 2 tbsp national Tandori Masala, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Cook marinated chicken in pan with 2 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup of water till tender.
Take off from flame and shred the chicken.
