CHICKEN PANEER RESHMI
boneless chcken sliced or cubed,1/2kg
ginger, thinly sliced 2tbsp
cottage cheese or paneer cubes 200gm (fried in a tbsp. of oil)...
2 medium onions , sliced
salt
green chillies,4...slitte lengthwise
kuti kaali mirch 1 tsp or to taste
capsicum sliced 1
cream 1/4 cup
cheddar cheese 2tbsp
oil
butter 1 tbsp.
julienne cut tomato 1 ( I skipped)
roasted cuin powder 1/3 tsp
crushed dried fenugreek leaves 1tsp
yoghurt 1/2cup
heat 1/2tbsp of butter in a pan, add onions n capsicums,add little salt n black pepper(kuti kaali mirch), sauté for 2 min .
remove from pan n keep them aside in a bowl.
now in the same pan, add remaining half tbsp. butter n oil,add chicken slices and remaining salt n black pepper.
fry for 5 to 10min until chckn tenders.then add yoghurt,fenugreek leaves dried,roasted cumin powder n fried paneer cubes.
.mix all n cook on high heat until yoghurt water dries out...then add cheddar cheese n cream in it, give a gentle stir ,
also add green chilies ,cover n put on dum on low heat for 5 min.
done garnish with coriander if desired n serve with naan
