    * A Madani Cure for protect from Backbiting *

    Shaykh Majduddin Firauzabadi (May Allah's blessings be upon him) has stated, ‘When you sit in a gathering (Majlis) and recite بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم و صلی اللہ علٰی محمد, Allah will designate an angel that will keep you from backbiting.

    When you depart from that congregation and recite بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم و صلی اللہ علٰی محمد, the angel will keep others from backbiting against you.’
