Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Rice 1 kg
Chopped Green onion 1 cup
Chopped capsicum 1 cup
Yellow food color a pinch
Chopped carrot 2
Egg 6
Chopped Garlic 6 cloves
Oil ½ cup
Sesame seed oil few drops
White pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
white vinegar 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Method:
Wash and soak 1 kg rice for an hour. In a pan, add in water and boil the rice. Add in 1 tbsp white vinegar and some salt. Once boiled simmer it. Put the rice on the news paper so that they get dry. In a pan, add in chopped garlic and fry it till they are golden brown. Beat the eggs, add in a pinch of yellow food color, mix it and keep on stirring it. When you start getting pieces of egg, add in 2 chopped carrots, 1 cup chopped capsicum, 1 cup chopped carrots, 1 cup capsicum, 1 cup chopped green onion, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp chicken cube flour, cook it and add in rice. Mix the rice till it get mixed, add in few drops of sesame seeds oil. Serve it hot
