CRISPY CHICKEN FILLET
Ingredients:
Chicken Fillet 3-4
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Baking Powder ½ tsp
Bread Crumbs for coating
French Fries as required
Oil to fry
Method:
Cut the chicken fillets into halves. In a bowl, add in 1 egg, 2 tbsp cornflour, salt, 1 tsp black pepper and ½ tsp baking powder, beat it and make a batter. Dip Chicken Fillets in the batter and coat them with bread crumbs. Deep Fry them and serve them with French fries.
