Gajer & Egg halwa
in three simple steps
Eggs halwa
1. Eggs 3
2. Milk 3 tbsp
3. Ghee 1 tsp
4. Sugar 1 tbsp
Sab cheezon ko achi terh mix ker k cook karein. Spoon chalati rahein takay neechay na lagay.
Jub achi terha bhun jaay aur eggs danedaar ho jaain to flame off ker dein.
Khoya
1. 2 cups dry milk/ milk powder
2. Little water
Milk powder ka ander bikul thora sa pani add ker k sukt sa gondh lein k paira sa bun jaay.
Ab is pairay ko 1 minute k leye microwave ma cook karein. Bahir nikal ker 4 pieces karein aur dobara 1 minute k leye cook karein.
Complete thunda honay per haath se chotay chotay pieces ker lein.
Gajer ka halwa
1. Carrots 1 kg grated
2. Sugar 200gm ¾ cup
3. Ghee / oil half cup
Aik cooking pot ma Carrots k ander sugar daal ker cook karein k sugar dissolve ho jaay aur sara pani dry ho jaay.
Phir os ma ghee ya oil daal ker achi terha bhonein… Kum se kum 15 to 20 minutes.
Ab is k ander eggs ka halwa aur khoya add karein aur bhoenin k ghee separate ho jaay.
