    NWFP beat Balochistan to lift Pentangular cup

    LAHORE: NWFP beat Balochistan by 28 runs in the final of Pentagular Cricket Tournament at the Qaddai Stadium in Lahore on Friday.

    Balochistan resumed the second innings at 234-9, needing 38 more runs for victory with one wicket in hand. However, it could add only 10 runs to the total and had to face a 28-run defeat.

    Usman Tariq top scored with 63 runs and Shoaib Khan scored valuable 39 runs.

    Yasir Shah from NWFP got six wickets for 87 runs in the second innings and was declared man of the match.
