Poem Of The Day 2nd May 2014

[Zindagi]

When you live in world of sounds
of different pitches , different disclosures
Sounds of greed , like howl of wolves
Sound of grief , like rabbit in a snare
sounds of relief , like soul getting free
from captivity of body.
Sounds of Joy , by strong when
they conquer the conquered
Sounds of glory , when someone
saves himself from falling rocks
or walks into a jungle
away from man-eaters in big cities
Sounds of broken hearts
Which rip of the ear drums , so unbearable
Sounds of sobbing
in misery and helplessness.

It is better to be quiet
at least u contribute ,
play your part
by not adding your voice
in the multifarious gang of sounds.
