Ingredients:
Milk ½ litre
Strawberries 250g
Condensed Milk 1 tin
Cream ½ litres
Sugar ½ cup
Strawberry Custard 1 tbsp
Gelatin 1 tbsp
Strawberry essence ½ tsp
Method:
Boil ½ litre milk. When it’s done, add 1 tbsp strawberry custard. Within it, add ½ cup sugar. Turn off the stove, when the sugar is dissolved. Now dissolve 1 tbsp gelatin in ½ cup water and then add 250g strawberry, ½ litre cream, 1tin condensed milk, ½ tsp strawberry essence in a blender and blend it. Put it in an air tight box and freeze it in the freezer.
