Easy Coffee Pots
Ingredients:
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Caster sugar 2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Milk 2 cups
Coffee powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method:
Whisk the corn flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a saucepan. Gradually whisk in the milk.
Boil the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, about 2 minutes.
The mixture will be thick when done. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Whisk in the coffee and vanilla essence until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Serve the pudding chilled.
