Gajar ka halwa
Gajar matar' carrot and peas vegetable
Ingredients:-
carrot- 1/2 kg
peas - 1/2 kg
garlic - 3-4 cloves
ginger - 2"piece
green chilli - 1 big
jeera - 1 tsp
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - as per taste
oil - 2 tbsp
Method:-
wash and peel carrots , take out peas from pods , crush ginger and garlic , chop green chillies .
heat kadai add oil for 2 min then add jeera stir till crackle, add ginger, garlic and green chilli in it stir and add carrot and peas in it mix well and add all dry masala mix and cook covered on medium flame for 8 to 10 min all till done garnish with chopped green coriander leaves serve hot with parathas or roti.
