Ras Malai
Ingred:
Powder Milk : 1 cup
Baking Powder : 1 tea spoon
oil : 1 chamch
Egg : 1
Milk : 1 litre
Sugar : for taste
Ilachi green : 1,2
Badaam Pistey.
Method :

RAINBOW CAKE RECIPES
Ingredients
Eggs 5
Sugar (powdered) 10 tbsp
All purpose flour 10 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 2 tsp
Food color (red, blue, green, orange, yellow) 1/4 tsp each
Butter 1 tbsp
For Icing:
Rich cream 2 cup
Sugar (powder) 1/2 cup
Colored cake vermicelli 1/4 cup
Chocolate chips 1/4 cup
Water (warm) 4 tbsp
Strawberry jam 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy (approximately 15-20 minutes).
Add Vanilla essence and continue beating for a minute.
Take a deep bowl and fold in the flour.
Take 5 small bowls and add 1/4 tsp food color (red, blue, green, orange, yellow) in each.
Divide the mixture equally in 5 color bowls. Take 8 inch round pan and grease it with butter.
One by one add all the mixture into the pan.
In the end take a fork and slightly move inside the pan to mix all colors a little bit.
Don’t mix it too much else you won’t get to see all the colors.
Place the pan into pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes.
Mix jam and water for making jam syrup.
After cake is done let it cool for a while then slice cake from between and add the jam syrup layer.
Whip fresh cream and add sugar together.
Put a thin layer of cream on syrup layer and put back the upper top slice of the cake.
Now pour all the cream on top of cake, dress it with colored vermicelli and chocolate chips.
Before serving refrigerate for an hour.
250g McVitie's Digestive biscuits
125g butter, melted
300ml ctn thickened cream
30g bar Cadbury Flake, crumbled
46g bar Cadbury Picnic, chopped
53g bar Snickers, chopped
380g can Nestle Caramel Top 'n' Fill
3 bananas, sliced
PROCEDURE:
Process the biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add the butter and process until well combined. Press the biscuit mixture evenly over the base and side of a 3cm-deep, 23cm (base measurement) fluted tart tin, with removable base. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
Transfer the biscuit base to a serving plate. Use an electric beater to beat the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Combine the Flake, Picnic and Snickers in a bowl.
Spread caramel over biscuit base. Arrange banana, in a single layer, over caramel. Top with the cream and chocolate mixture.
