DU graduate Lokesh Sharma’s posters on North Campus walls

While the commoner contestants inside the Bigg Boss house are chalking out strategies to stay on the show, the families of some of them are also trying their best to get the public to vote for them. We'd told you about Noida's Manveer Gurjar's family distributing fliers and car stickers. And now, we've spotted posters of Lokesh Kumari Sharma, a Delhi University graduate from Satyawati College, at various places in the campus. The posters, which can be found near Shri Ram College of Commerce, Daulat Ram College and near Ramjas College, say, "Lokesh is a contestant in the 'Bigg Boss house from Burari, Delhi and graduated from Satyawati College (Delhi University)."
Narendra Sharma, Lokesh's brother, told us, "Yes, we have put up posters in North Campus. We have also put up posters outside her college, near Adarsh Nagar, Burari and Azadpur. Jis din meri behen nominate hui, ussi din humne khud jake posters lagaye Delhi University mein."

'People from D.U. will support her'

Lokesh's brother added, "People should support her as she has graduated from Delhi University. Jab same university ka koi student kisi platform pe jata hai toh students support karte hi hain. We haven't put the posters at any unauthorized places, jahan pe pehle se lage thay wahin lagaye hain. We did not get the time, otherwise we could have also put hoardings and billboards asking people to support our sister."


'Paisa toh lag raha hai but behen ko support bhi karna hai'

Narendra told us that they are doing everything they can, from advertising to asking people to vote for Lokesh. "Paisa toh bohot lag raha hai but kya kar sakte hain? Posters lagwane mein hi Rs 25,000 lag gaye. Ab ghar ka member gaya hai toh usey support toh karenge na." Keeping the demonetization issue in mind, we asked Narendra if they are also facing the cash crunch to pay for printing these posters? "We had paid them in advance, so we haven't faced any problem so far, but if she is nominated again, then we will put hoardings as well as billboards and will pay by cheques."
