Ready to face Lanka in Test series: Intikhab

KARACHI: Coach Pakistan cricket team Intikhab Alam hinted Thursday, Pakistan might hand test cap to some new players and said our players are dying to face guests in Test series.

He was talking to media amid team’s practice session here at National Stadium. He vowed to give guests tough time as he maintained that players have forgotten ODI series debacle.

Intikhab hoped to include four regular paces in Karachi Test while he added, two or three new players might be handed Test cap.

He said players have had special drills to overcome slow-over-rate problem. He defended Kamran Akmal’s selection saying he his working hard to make better his performance.
