Ingredients :
2 Liter Milk
1 cup sugar
3 tb spoon corn flour
1 tin unsweetened milk
8 ones cream
50g almonds
pista & 1 tea spoon illaichi powder.
Method:
1-Heat the milk till it remains 1 1/4kg add sugar and heat again.
2- 3 tb spoon corn flour mixed with little amount of boiled milk
3-when the milk becomes thick then cool the hot milk then add beated unsweetened milk
4-After this add cream and mixed it,
5-Crused the almond, pista & illaichi & mixed it in the mixture. Take a mould of Kulfi & put all the mixture in it then freeze it about 6 to 8 hours.
6-Now your Kulfi is ready to serve
