Women baseball players’ training camp begins in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: The training camp for women baseball players began in Peshawar on Friday and women from various cities of NWFP are taking part in the camp.

Secretary NWFP Baseball Association Wisal Khan told Geo News that the women players would be briefed about modern technique of the game at the camp so that a strong team of NWFP can be formulated.

He said that the women team of NWFP has the honour of becoming the national baseball champion.

Wisal Khan said that he is sure that the women players of NWFP would be proved a valuable asset for Pakistan.
