LAHORE: Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Secretary Asif Bajwa said on Wednesday that the present administration was not responsible for team’s poor showing in Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament and put the blame on the previous PHF’s set-up for the defeat.
