ISLAMABAD: The Indian Premier League (IPL) has restored the contracts with Pakistan cricketers, according to a representative of the Pakistan cricketers in the IPL.
Now the victorious Pakistan cricketers of the World Twenty20 Cup can participate in the 2010 edition of the IPL.
As per the statement issued from the agency representing the Pakistan cricketers, lalit Modi has announced that the Pakistani cricketers are eligible to take part in the 2010 edition of the IPL.
This has been said that the contracts of the Pakistani cricketers, which were suspended or cancelled, have now been restored.
This has also been said in the statement issued from the agency that Pakistan cricketers Sohail Tanvir, Umar Gul, Kamran Akmal and Misbah-ul-Haq are being paid only $100,000 which is very low and thus this matter would soon be discussed with the IPL management.
