Hiding Your Drives..

salam to all members..

aap ke aik drive pe boht personal data parra hai aap ka....family pics hien...clips hien ..aur bhe boht kuch..jo sirf aap apni zaat tk mehdood rkhna chahtay hen....wid out trouble of searching a suitable software and its crack or serial....


chalean je..chota sa trick krtay hein....childish sa hai..but usage acha lgta hai mujhay is ka....so ..lets share it wid u..


onething....for this trick...use admin account...and give access to others as limited or guest accounts...

1. open Run dialogue..
2. type and open "diskmgmt.msc" without qouts,
3. disk management dialogue box will be opened, in right pane, right click on your drive (your want to hide) and click "CHANGE DRIVE LETTERS AND PATH"
4. now your can see "remove" button, press it ,
5. a warning message will be generated, accept it... and you have done..

hiding a drive can be done in others ways two....like
1. third party software
2. Group Policy Editor
3. Regedit..


but this the easiest, i think and i suggest to follow this....
a drive hidden in such a way, can not be accessed even if we logg in as admin, the only way to access this is to assign a drive letter...
this can be done in the same way...but at step 4 we will press "add" button...
