Ingredients
Fish fillet 5-6 pieces
Banana leaves 4-5 big pieces
Olive oil a dash
Coriander 3 tablespoons
Mint 3 tablespoons
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Coconut powder 1 tablespoon
Green chilli 1 small
Garlic ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Mix olive oil, coriander, mint, cumin, coconut powder, green chilli, garlic ginger paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper to form a green chutney
Marinate the fish in it for half an hour.
Now, wrap the fish in the banana leaves and then steam for ten minutes.
Serve while hot.
