Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas: I recommend that people reduce the proportion of what they bequeath by will to the fourth (of the whole legacy), for Allah’s Apostle (PBUH) said, “One-third, yet even one third is too much.” (Sahih Bukhari)

Narrated Abdullah bin Umar: Allah’s Apostle (PBUH) said, “It is not permissible for any Muslim who has something to will to stay for two nights without having his last will and testament written and kept ready with him.” (Sahih Bukhari)

Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah: Allah’s Apostle(SAW) said, “(At bedtime) cover the utensils, close the doors, and put out the lights, lest the evil creature (the rat) should pull away the wick and thus burn the people of the house.” (Sahih Bukhari)

Narrated ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud: The Prophet said, “Do not wish to be like anyone except in two cases. (The first is) A person, whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it righteously; (the second is) the one whom Allah has given wisdom (the Holy Qur’an) and he acts according to it and teaches it to others.” (Sahih Bukhari)
