حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ سے روایت ہے،آپ نے فرمایا کہ حضرت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم نے مجھ سے ارشاد فرمایا:اے ابو ہریرہ!لوگوں کو قرآن سکھاتے رہو اور سیکھتے رہو،کیونکہ اسی حال میں اگر تمہیں موت آجائے تو فرشتے تمہاری قبر کی اس طرح زیارت کریں گے جیسے کعبۃ اللہ شریف کی زیارت کی جاتی ہے۔

’’حضرت ابو طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ایک دن تشریف لائے اور خوشی کے آثار آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے چہرہ اقدس پر نمایاں تھے، ہم نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ہم آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے چہرہ اقدس پر ایسی خوشی کے آثار دیکھ رہے ہیں (جو ہم نے پہلے کبھی نہیں دیکھے) تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہاں! ابھی میرے پاس جبرئیل امین تشریف لائے تھے اور انہوں نے کہا اے محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم بے شک آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا رب فرماتا ہے کہ کیا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اس بات سے راضی نہیں ہیں کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی امت میں سے جو کوئی بھی آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم پر درود و سلام بھیجتا ہے تو میں اس کے بدلہ میں اس پر دس مرتبہ درود اور دس مرتبہ سلام (بصورتِ رحمت) بھیجتا ہوں۔‘

Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa'alehi Wasallam) said, "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the worst of false tales; and do not look for the others' faults and do not spy, and do not be jealous of one another, and do not desert (cut your relation with) one another, and do not hate one another; and O ALLAH's worshipers! Be brothers (as ALLAH has ordered you!")

Narrated ‘Aisha: Allah’s Apostle (peace be upon him) said, “No calamity befalls a Muslim but that Allah expiates some of his sins because of it, even though it were the prick he receives from a thorn.” [Bukhari]

[Arslan]

Abu Huraira (R.A.) narrates that the Prophet (Choicest blessings and peace be upon Him) said: “The five daily Salaat, one Jummah Salaah till the next Jummah Salaah and one Ramadhan till the next Ramadhan are all expiations for the time between them provided that major sins are abstained from.” ♥

Allah Subhanu Wa Ta'ala Says,


{ Al-Qur'an: Surah-49 ~Hujurat ~ Ayah-12 }

Interpretation of meaning in English:
(Recite)

O ye who believe!
Avoid suspicion as much (as possible):
for suspicion in some cases is a sin:
And spy not on each other behind their backs.
Would any of you like
to eat the flesh of his dead brother?
Nay, ye would abhor it...
(so abhore the backbiting)
But fear Allah.
For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.

Interpretation of meaning in Roman Urdu:

Aae imaan walon!
Shak aur shubhaat se
jiss qadar mumkin ho bacho;
kiyonke shubhaat kuch halaton mein
gunaah hote hain:
aur ek doosre ki jasoosi
unnke peeth peeche na kiya karo.

Kiya tum mein se koyee
apne murdah bhai ka
ghost khana pasand karega?
Bilkul nahi,
tum sub intehayi na-pasand karo ge
(iss liye Gheebat ko bhi intihaayi na-pasand karo)

aur Allah se daro,
Allah 'Tauba qubool karne waale'
aur 'Rahem karne waale' hain.

Difference between
'Slandering' and 'Backbiting'


Aboo Hurayrah (RadiAllahu anhu) narrated that
the Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa'sallam) said,

"Do you know what backbiting is?"

They said, "Allah and His Messenger know best."

He (Sallallahu alaihi wa'sallam) then said,

"It is to say something about your brother
that he would dislike."

Someone asked him,

"But what if what I say is true?"

The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu alaihi wa'sallam) said,

"If what you say about him is true,
you are backbiting him,

but if it is not true
then you have slandered him."
