WSF announces World Open draws

KARACHI: World Squash Federation (WSF) has announced the World Open Squash Tournament (WOST) draws to be held in Kuwait next month, wherein Pakistani players will have to face tough meetings in their first round, Geo news reported Wednesday.

Total $2,27000 will be the prize money in the tournament to be held from November 1st to 27 in Kuwait, sources said.

Pakistani top seed Aamir Atlas, standing at the 17th position in the world ranking, has been scheduled to meet German Simon Rozner in his first round while Mansoor Zaman will be facing Egyptian World top seed Karim Darvesh as his first battle.

The third Pakistani inclusion in the tournament Yasir Butt will compete French 8th seed Thiayeri Linko in his first meeting.
